Founded in 2012 as The Heuser Team by Serena and Tom Heuser, the top-producing group quickly earned a reputation for their professionalism, integrity, and steady leadership. Their success laid the foundation for what would eventually become a full-service brokerage, known today as Magenta.

In 2023, a new chapter began as Brooke and Michael Coxen stepped into ownership and leadership of Magenta. With a proven track record as entrepreneurs in real estate and design — and years of collaboration with the Heusers — they bring expertise, creativity, and a people-first mindset to the forefront of the brokerage. Today, Brooke and Michael continue to elevate the Magenta brand with a refined approach—offering the tools, culture, and support today’s agents need to thrive.
